Glass-fired hermetic vacuum connectors, also known as metal-glass hermetic feedthrough receptacles, are formed using high-temperature fusion bonding of metal and borosilicate glass. Relying on chemical bonding for permanent hermetic insulation, they eliminate rubber seals to prevent aging, outgassing, or leakage. These components serve as specialized wall-penetrating electrical interfaces for vacuum chambers and sealed enclosures. With a helium leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s, they withstand extreme conditions including ultra-high vacuum, wide temperature ranges, and pressure differentials, ensuring reliable power and signal transmission between the chamber interior and exterior.
The product line covers multiple military standard-compatible series: compliant with MIL DTL 5015 (MX23/MX33), MIL DTL 26482, and MIL DTL 38999. It also offers KF/CF flange feedthroughs and miniature sensor fired bases. Shell materials include 304/316 stainless steel with gold-plated contacts.
